Lindsay Break Her Silence on Jail Senyence

Lindsay Lohan dodged a bullet today. She won't be sharing a crusty old cell with an angry inmate, but will get to serve her time at the comfort of her own home.

So of course she “supports” Judge Stephanie Sautner's decision adding that it's the "best case scenario" for her. At this point she could steal the judge's car and get away with it.

Lindsay just released a statement to TMZ saying, "I am glad to be able to put this past me and move on with my life and my career. I support the judge's decision and hold myself accountable for being in this situation."

She added, "I have already started my community service at the Downtown Women's Center and thank everyone there for their warm welcome.

She concluded, "I hope to be able to fulfill my obligation without any press attention. I think the media spotlight should be on issues such as homelessness and domestic violence instead of on me."

The judge sentenced her to 120 days in jail, but she'll really only end up serving 14 days at home. She can basically have a Sex & the City marathon and be done with her time.

Do you think Lindsay got off easy? Or do you think she should serve the full 120 days in jail? Tell us your thoughts.
