Ingrid fades to depression as damage from Humberto assessed

(CNN) -- Tropical Storm Ingrid faded to a tropical depression Saturday, done in by "hostile winds aloft," according to the National Hurricane Center.At 5 p.m. ET, Ingrid's maximum sustained winds remained at 35 mph (55 kph).The system's center was about 425 miles (685 kilometers) east of the Lesser Antilles, headed west at about 12 mph (19 kph), according to the hurricane center.Forecasters said
